From A Trial Dive In Egypt To GoToDive Cyprus
Trust grows when you can see the path. GoToDive did not appear overnight. It was built step by step, through teaching, technical diving, CCR and years of working with divers in different countries.
Yurii's path into diving started after a trial dive in Egypt. He went straight into training, and within nine months he was working in Crimea, Ukraine as a CMAS Divemaster. Two years later he became a CMAS one-star instructor, then crossed over into SSI.
He taught his first courses in Ukraine. In 2008 he moved to Sharm El Sheikh, where the work grew into a full training operation. In 2013 he became a technical instructor, in 2015 a rebreather instructor, and in 2016 an instructor trainer. In 2014 he founded the Deep Diver club in Sharm El Sheikh.
Cyprus came earlier than you might think. Yurii first dived here in 2014, and worked in dive centres in Northern Cyprus. In 2018 he moved to Croatia and created GoToDive there. In 2022 he opened GoToDive Cyprus in Protaras, and brought the same mindset with him.
That timeline matters, because the current offer is not random. Recreational diving, technical courses and CCR all sit under one roof, because that is how it was built in real life.

Yurii is the person to talk to once the conversation moves past entry-level diving, into technical training, CCR, trimix or teaching. He is where the deeper credibility comes from.
Svitlana Haf
Normoxic Trimix Instructor, technical instructor, dive guide and underwater photographer
Svitlana adds real depth to GoToDive, not just support. She started diving more than 20 years ago alongside Yurii. Today she brings serious technical ratings and calm control in the water. She also has the kind of Zenobia experience many Cyprus divers look for. She is a Normoxic Trimix Instructor, with more than 10,000 dives overall and around 1,000 on the Zenobia.
